We could have various forms or any sort of documents on this page that people could print off, fill out, and drop off at the building. If that is something that is even needed, that is. If not, we would simply remove this page.

The idea for the layout would be to have a form image on the left hand side, text explaining what it is on the right hand side, and a header/title above that. Clicking on the image would link to the form in .pdf format.
